And to ensure that your bike arrives in top condition, we have developed our own custom guard box for frames and bikes to keep everything well protected. Shipping information and terms

The shipping date shown on our website is the estimated time when we will hand over your order to the appropriate shipping service provider. In exceptional cases, this may result in different delivery dates.

Our prices include statutory VAT but are net of shipping costs. 

For deliveries to non-EU countries, import charges, customs duties, and public charges may apply in the country of destination. These costs are to be borne by the Customer. Vivelo Cycles has no influence on these fees.

All shipping takes place with INTERLOCISTICA (GLS) or DHL. Within the EU, any missing articles will be delivered to you subsequently and free of charge. For deliveries outside the EU we will contact you before shipping to inform you about the additional shipping expenses.

Every delivery we send is insured during the shipping process. When you receive your delivery, please immediately check for external damage. You must report any damage to the shipping company within 24 hours of receipt. The shipping company will issue you with a confirmation of your damage report. When you return your order, enclose this confirmation and a copy of your receipt together with the goods in the original packaging. Before returning the package to us, please contact us by phone so that we can discuss the procedure with you.
